About containing essential oils -

Grapefruit: Enhancing a sense of energy, helping to manage stressful and anxious feelings, and helping to manage feelings of discomfort experienced from stiffness and aches.

Verbena: Good anxiolytic in situations of bad thoughts so it brings calm and harmony.

Neroli: Can be good in blends for those coping with pain and discomfort during periods. Relaxes the mind and helps to treat menopause symptoms. It also helps in lowering of blood pressure, and cortisol level.

Gardenia: Contains many antioxidants that fight free radical damage, promote relaxation and help people who are feeling wound up de-stress.

How to use?

Take this essential blend and anoint over your chest and pulse points tracing the shape of a heart. Take some deep breaths, inhaling this magical aroma. Remind yourself that you are beautiful as you are, you radiate love and femininity. You may like to repeat an affirmation such as:  “ I'am confident. I'am enough”.

The four best places to apply essential oil blends:

• The bottom of the legs
• Behind the ears
• On the temples
• On the wrists

Before massaging the mixture into the pulse areas, smell it by dabbing/rolling the oil on your palms and holding it to your nose. Take three deep breaths and indulge in the sensations this aroma brings.
