How to use?

Take this essential blend roll and anoint over your chest tracing the shape of a heart. Take some deep breaths, inhaling this magical aroma. Remind yourself that you can't be at peak performance every day and today you did your best.  You may like to repeat an affirmation such as:  “ I enter the space of solace to gain wisdom and understanding”.

The four best places to apply essential oil blends:

• The bottom of the legs
• Behind the ears
• On the temples
• On the wrists

Before massaging the blend into the pulse areas, smell it by dabbing/rolling the oil on your palms and holding it to your nose. Take three deep breaths and indulge in the sensations this aroma brings.
